Wooden roof elements are suitable for industrial buildings, sports halls, commercial buildings, public buildings - any building with large open space.
The load-bearing frame of the roof elements consists of LVL blocks. The roofing material can be a 2-layer bituminous or PVC single ply roofing. The elements can be either fully insulated or semi-insulated. Waterproofing, thermal insulation and cladding of the lower surface are installed at the factory. Coated plasterboard, acoustic board or vapour-tight polyester coated steel sheeting is used for the substrate. Steel skirting board is particularly suitable for applications requiring a high level of hygiene and moisture resistance.
Roof elements are factory-insulated with A1 mineral wool. Thermal transmittance 0.09W/m².
Our roof elements have a fire class verified by fire tests and simulations. LAPWALL LEKO® roof elements achieve fire classification R15, REI30 and REI60.
Up to 50 kg/m² of building services equipment can be suspended from the underside of the roof elements without the need for separate support.
LapWall roof elements can be equipped with a vapour-tight, polyester-coated and profiled steel skirting board inner cover.
The wooden roof elements are designed in 3D according to the building. The maximum length is 25 m and the maximum width is 2.44 m. The span is 4-9 m and the elements are generally made in multiple sections.
