Logicenters’ 22,200 m² Logistics Centre Roof in Nurmijärvi – Quickly Protected from the Weather with LapWall’s Roof Elements

LapWall designed, manufactured and supplied prefabricated roof elements for Logicenters' logistics Center in Nurmijärvi, Finland. LapWall's large roof elements are particularly well suited for similar large hall-type buildings.

The load-bearing structure of the roof elements consists of LVL beams. The roofing material can be either a two-layer bitumen roofing membrane or a single-ply PVC membrane. The elements can be fully or partially insulated.

The roofing membrane, thermal insulation and underside lining are installed at the factory. The underside can be finished with coated plasterboard, acoustic panels or vapour-tight, polyester-coated sheet steel. The sheet steel solution is particularly suitable for buildings requiring high standards of hygiene and moisture resistance.
